  Did a fireworks cruise on the American Rover for Sail250 in Norfolk Va. What an awesome way to get a perfect view of the show and not be sitting in a mass of people! We took an hour long cruise on the harbor with narration of the area including the tall ships that were docked for Sail250 and Harborfest before anchoring for the fireworks. They also had a musician with a guitar singing favorites before and after the show. EXCELLENT time

  Had an incredible time on the American Rover for a friend’s birthday! Incredible staff, great service and well planned activity for kids and adults! Loved the live music on board and the space below deck for the kiddos to beat the sun for a little bit. Will definitely book a sunset cruise for next time for a date night!

  Was an amazing informative tour of the naval base ships and harbor. Crew was courteous and knowledgeable.. all questions answered. Would definitely do again!

  I can't believe that I never knew these good folks existed. My mom booked us a trip during Harborfest while she was in town. We got to tour other Navy ships on the way to the Rover, the captain knew about each and every one that came for the event, and gave a great tour commentary about each one. The crew was super friendly and welcoming. I can't imagine a better time to have gone. This just may become an annual family thing. Highly recommend.
