We had a great time fishing with Captain Garrett. Captain Garrett is very knowledgeable and more than willing to teach you anything that he knows about the fish or fishing techniques. We started off walleye fishing and caught a bunch of them quickly. Captain Garrett was also able to get my son on his first sturgeon. That was just day one. The second day we targeted muskie and smallmouth. We were unable to get a muskie but we did catch multiple Pike. We then turned our attention to smallmouth bass and we caught a ton of them. Would highly recommend Captain Garrett to anyone looking for an easy going knowledgeable charter captain.

We had a great experience with Captain Samsal fishing on Lake St. Clair. We went out for a musky/bass combo trip and my son caught his first musky on his second cast of the day! We caught a lot of small mouth as well. I would highly recommend Captain Samsal. He was knowledgeable, friendly and put us on some great fish.

Captain Garrett was outstanding !! My friend who invited me has been fishing with him for years and always does well. He has never experienced what we got into for 2 days on our trip. First day I boated 26 of 70 plus fish. Day 2 did not disappoint even as weather changed Capt Garrett responded. I got 22 out 60 boated along with PB sunfish. Can’t wait to go back! I highly recommend you reach out to him and book a trip.

We had an incredible trip with Lake St. Clair Fishing Charter! Captain Garrett knows these waters like the back of his hand and put us on fish all day. I landed the musky of a lifetime at 49 inches, along with walleye and trophy-sized smallmouth bass. He was professional, knowledgeable, and worked hard to make sure we had a great experience.
