  Our experience at pier 51 was absolutely amazing. Celebrated my gf’s 20th birthday there and we had so much fun. The staff was incredible and super friendly. Shelby was an awesome teacher when it came to handling the boat. A definite 10/10 experience and will definitely be back soon.

  We had a great time boating on keystone Lake! Pier 51 was a fabulous place to rent a boat. Shelby was informative and thorough in all the information. She was friendly and lots of fun to work with. She was genuinely interested that we have a safe and super fun time. Great customer service!!

  Pier 51 has not been helpful at all. We have our boat there and asked for help with our boat and the workers did not help us at all. After my dad passed away we thought they would help us with any questions we had. It was always extremely hard to get a hold of them. We are now selling our boat from the lack of help and they are forcing us to pay for our boat slip until March when we haven’t signed a contract. They said if we wanted to get out of paying for the boat slip we’d have to talk to corporate. We asked for corporates phone number and no one is giving it to us. Since you responded to my review it would be great if you’d give me their number.

  Amazing experience would totally recommend if you want a fun day on the lake and helpful people. Nikolai was the best person made sure we had everything we needed and very friendly and attentive! Thank you Pier 51 marina!!
