The best of the best!! We have the absolute best time every single visit. The food is delicious, the boats are SO nice and well kept, the rooms are so cute and have the best view! They also love your pups as much as you do! As a local this is a little slice of vacation right here at home! 100% recommend!

Such a lovely stay for our family. We traveled from 3 different states to meet for a family birthday/Easter weekend and it was perfect for our family and kids. Beautiful views- comfortable beds- all amenities worked perfectly for us. Fun games available for kids and adults. Wonderful people who quickly answered any questions we had for them. Will definitely come back again for more stays as we have family in the area. Although they had not officially opened their outdoor activities for the season- you could tell they were preparing all the outdoor activities for use (Kayaks, docks, food trucks, new camper) Highly recommend this for lodging and have a family member that is considering this for a wedding venue!!!

Really enjoyed a long weekend with friends in the Luxe House. The house was well stocked & clean with comfortable beds. My favorite part of the weekend was sitting on the deck with the beautiful view of Douglas Lake & Mt. LaConte & Great Smokey Mountain National Park. Very convenient to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, & Gatlinburg. Highly recommended this location! We will be back. 🎉

So happy we found this beautiful place. Normally, we camp on Douglas Lake but, we weren’t able to for this trip. Found this resort and can’t say enough good things about it. The spacious room, the deck with a hot tub, the shower, the tv and fireplace, and the king size bed with the most comfortable mattress and pillows ever—-everything was top notch!!
