  My husband and I had an incredible boating experience on Lake Pleasant and really enjoyed working with James and Josh. They both went out of their way to ensure that we had an unforgettable experience. Josh met us at the boat ramp, loaded the boat into the water and made sure we felt comfortable with all of the features and safety equipment on the boat. We called him when we were finished and he was right there waiting for us when we returned to the ramp. We had never been on Lake Pleasant and found it surprisingly full of a variety of wildlife from donkeys on the shoreline, jumping Striped Bass and Channel Catfish, to seeing a fairly large turtle. There were also herons and cormorants. If you are staying anywhere near this area, it is well worth renting a boat from Sunset Boat Rentals and spending a day on the lake. (don't forget to ask them about their RV, which can also be included in your rental package). Thank you both for a wonderful day out!! Karen and Phil

  Sunset Boat Rentals did a fantastic job with our rental. We had the boat delivered to the lake and they went over all of the lake rules and boat functions and made sure we knew everything before sending us off. Boat was GREAT on Gas we only went through a 1/4 of a tank in 8 hours. the boat does fit 13 people as advertised. it was a little crammed but we had coolers and ice chests to account for. Overall the boat is in decent condition and runs great. i would recommend that you rent from them as they have the best pricing in town, even after delivery.

  Needed a rental super short notice, a day before, they had the perfect pontoon for my family. Super quick and easy rental. We had a blast! Great help with taking the boat in/out of the water. All we had to do was enjoy our time on the lake! Will def use them again!

  I've used Sunset boat rentals twice now and had an amazing experience both times!!! The owner goes above and beyond with help! Our last time, we self towed the boat and our F150 ended up with a flat on the way home (and we didn't have a jack!). The Sunset Boat rental owner drove to meet us with his own jack to help save us! This was totally above and beyond helpful and got our whole family home safe and sound. I will be using Sunset Rentals for our next boating trip for sure!
