  We have lived here for 17 months and have enjoyed being here. The whole place is beautiful in summer but gets somewhat not so pretty when the lake is very low. Our lot is right on the lake and includes a large floating dock.

  Rented a pontoon Sunday for 8 hours. The engine stopped after 1 hour. They left us stranded on the lake for hours. After they told us they would send help we waited but somehow they had the wrong phone number. They told us to tow ourselves back. So we towed ourselves back with our other rental pontoon. The manger , Allison offered a credit cruise but we are not local. She could not refund our money. So the day was a bust. The other pontoon ran fine. They refunded our damage deposit but would not negotiate the rental fee. So if the boat dies at the dock and is hard to start ,and they tell you to not cut it off, just let it idle, beware‼️ I’ll let my credit card company handle it. That’s all I can do. So that’s our experience . I hope yours is better

  Friendly staffs, clean and safe boat rentals available. No Jet ski rental, kayak rental available. Beautiful lake views from the river. Safety first!!! Safety saves lives!!!

  We had such GREAT experiences today at Swann's Marina! Richard was extremely helpful! Great prices on bait and needed supplies!
